12. All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.

B. Why are some game buttons gray?
- Those are games that have not yet been added to your computer. If you want that particular game, you have to download it first as mentioned above.

C. How long will it take to download the new game?
- It depends on your modem speed. Normally it takes 3-5 minutes.

D. While downloading, can I play the other games or check out the menu?
-No you cannot. You have to complete your download first.
